1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.

·       Processing" includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.

·       Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

·       If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected:

·       Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days after processing.

·       Expedited Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has reached the shipping phase, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cambo King is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance with the process.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to select countries outside of the United States. International shipping rates and delivery windows will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
